Northwest Nursing Center offers evidence-based therapy programs to help maximize the quality of life and functional mobility of patients and residents regardless of their level of care.

For short-term patients, our therapy team works towards the goal of full restoration of lost function and at all levels, our therapy services use a proven program to help ensure all patients receive consistent, high-quality, customized care. Our therapy team conducts a thorough evaluation of all patients and residents to develop a plan of care based on their clinical presentation to help a person adapt, compensate, or fully restore lost functionality.
